Exceptionally clean venue and brilliantly friendly and knowledgeable employees. Panoramic & great-sized rooms with fantastic views, also had a bath plus excellent air conditioning. Variety of options, outstanding food. Particularly good and perfect location, 5 minutes' walk to Royal Palace. Enjoyable stay, as always👍

This hotel was excellent and absolutely charming in every respect, had lovely staff from door man to manager. It had very central location close to Sisowath Quay.

Nicely decorated, panoramic room with a separate bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and soft bathrobes. Favourable location for enjoying cafés and bars near the hotel. Walking distance to stores and local markets across the street.

The hotel's position was particularly good and unbeatable, so close to other top visitor attractions as well as the many bars and restaurants along the riverside. Good services were available.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

All in all, it's tasteful place that has wonderful and fantastic staff from door man to manager. The room is fantastic and authentic, comes with a balcony and a very good rooftop bar and a comfy bed. The location is brilliant, 1 mile from Royal Palace.

There were a writing desk and a couch in the room, greatly enjoyed that. We had a good river view and a soft bed. The location was very central, great for a palace and a Royal palace located close to the hotel.

Booked a room with wonderful views on the sunrise on the Mekong. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for walking around Sisowath Quay. There were local markets and a market around the hotel.

The buffet breakfast with views over the river, local options. Particularly good location for visiting cafés and bars.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center with a stunning view of the river right from my room. The staff here were exceptional, from the doorman to the manager, everyone was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in early and quickly fixed any issues that arose during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Service desk was always very fast and helpful. Location was very good, directly at the river and yet central. The equipment is outdated but perfectly maintained. Moon Rooftop Bar is very nice.

Road noise unfortunately was unavoidable if you want to have a river view.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the great views from our room. In the evenings, we had a fantastic time at the nearby Riverside Bistro, enjoying drinks and the lively atmosphere. Our Junior suite had convenient amenities like a minibar, satellite television, and a comfortable sitting area. Everything worked perfectly during our stay. The breakfast at the hotel was good, and we truly enjoyed dining at the restaurant.
